Slice your pickles into fry shaped pieces & pat dry with paper towels. 2. Then mix your Parmesan with the seasonings in a bowl. 3. Coat your pickles in the egg wash, then the Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly to ensure a thorough coating. 4. Spray with oil & air fry @ 400F for 6-10 mins, until crispy and enjoy! Pro Tip: For an extra crispy texture that allows the pickles to be fully coated, add a tablespoon or two of regular flour to the grated Parmesan mix.
