1. Coat both sides of the tortilla in oil, cut your meatballs up, add your ingredients making sure to put cheese first and last. 2. Fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. 3. Remove from eat, dip in low carb marinara, & enjoy!
