These low-carb, keto-friendly bacon and cheese buns are a perfect substitute for traditional burger buns. Quick and easy to make by broiling or baking.

First, cook the bacon. Break each piece of cooked bacon in half lengthwise. Place 4 pieces next to each other in 2 sets. Cover the bacon with the cheese and then broil on parchment paper until the edges of the cheese turn light brown. Remove from the oven and let the cheese harden, then flip them over and use as buns! Alternatively, for those who prefer not to broil, bake the buns at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes instead.
