A simple recipe for low-carb, keto-friendly stuffed dough that can be filled with your choice of ingredients and cooked in an air fryer or oven.

1. Mix cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave 30 more seconds. Stir again. 2. Add your whisked egg & almond flour. Mix. 3. Add your seasonings and mix again. 4. Knead and flatten out between two sheets of greased parchment paper. 5. Cut into a 5x7 inch rectangle. 6. Add your fillings, fold over, press the edges, and air fry at 400F for 7-10 minutes flipping halfway through. I recommend sprinkling shredded cheddar on any tears in the dough as you fold it. You can also bake for 20 minutes at 350F until dough is golden brown if you don’t have an air fryer.
