Delicious High Protein Blueberry Muffins made with ripe banana, cottage cheese, eggs, blueberries, sweetener, sugar-free chocolate chips, and baking powder. These muffins are quick to make and bake in about 30-35 minutes.

1. Blend all ingredients except the blueberries and chocolate chips. 2. Fold in your blueberries and pour into greased, lined, muffin cups. 3. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean). Pro tip: They are delicious as is, but to make them even better, add 2-4 tbsp of flour or almond flour.
