1. Preheat your oven to 375F. 2. Pat your zucchini slices dry, salt heavily & let sit between two paper towels for a few minutes to remove moisture. 3. Mix your ricotta, egg, Parmesan & seasonings. 4. In a greased baking dish, layer your meat, marinara, zucchini, ricotta & mozzarella 2-3 times. 5. Bake for 30 minutes & enjoy!
