These get so crunchy and are soooo delicious! A simple and tasty way to enjoy Brussels sprouts.

1. Steam your Brussels sprouts. I just popped a bag of the frozen ones in the microwave. 2. Take them out, place on a paper towel and smash with the bottom of a cup. (Pat dry each side with another paper towel) 3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet & drizzle with oil. 4. Add Parmesan and ranch seasoning. 5. Bake @ 425F for 10-15 mins.
