Cauliflower Steaks Pizza

What “healthy” products have fooled you?! 😅 There are some premade cauliflower crusts out there that are low in carbs but they’re hard to find and you’d be better off making your own 👍 Here’s how to make these 🍕 What you need: 1 head of cauliflower Marinara sauce Mozzarella Pepperoni Parmesan Oil Italian seasonings Salt & pepper Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Cut your cauliflower in half & slice into 1 inch thick steaks. 3. Add to a baking sheet and cover them with oil, salt, pepper, & your seasonings. 4. Roast for 20 minutes. 5. Take out, flip, & add the rest of your toppings. 6. Put back in on broil until the cheese melts. 7. Take out, let cool, & enjoy!
