A simple and delicious recipe for a Thanksgiving turkey using only three ingredients: turkey, butter, and ranch seasoning. This easy-to-make spatchcocked turkey is perfect for the holiday dinner table.

1. Soften or partially melt your butter and mix it with your ranch seasoning to make a ranch butter. 2. Remove the spine and insides from your turkey. Flip it to breast side up and flatten it. 3. Separate the skin and add half of your butter inside the skin. Rub the rest on the outside. 4. Bake at 450F for 90-120 minutes until it’s 165F on the inside. Take it out and enjoy!
