After a failed attempt at a Wendy's Baconator, this individual decided to make their own keto-friendly jalapeno cheese buns at home. Despite not having bacon, the cheesy, spicy buns turned out great, serving as a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional burger buns.

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Put 2 slices of cheese on parchment paper, add jalapenos, cover with the other 2 slices of cheese & then salt them. 3. Switch setting to broil and then put in until the edges turn light brown or reach crispness of your desire. Take out & let harden.
