Easy-to-make stuffed peppers filled with a mixture of cooked ground meat and marinara, topped with mozzarella and pepperoni, then air-fried or baked until tender and melty.

1. Cut a pepper in half. 2. (Optional, for tender peppers) Air fry the pepper halves at 360°F for 5-8 minutes after cutting. 3. Add a mixture of cooked ground meat and marinara sauce into each pepper half. 4. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni slices. 5. Put it back in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 6. Take out and enjoy! *If baking instead of air frying, double the cook times.
