Buffalo chicken dip!! Here's my recipe: . . Ingredients: 1/2 cup franks red hot sauce 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1/2 cup sour cream 8 ounces cream cheese 1 cup shredded cheese 1 LB shredded chicken (fully cooked) . Optional ingredients: Bacon (fully cooked) Jalepenos . Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Soften cream cheese and mix in a baking dish with all ingredients except shredded cheese. 3. Top with shredded cheese and then bake for 20 minutes 4. Let cool and enjoy! . . Macros: Serving size is 1 cup (recipe makes around 5) Calories: 447 Fat: 35g Protein: 30g Net carbs: 3g . .
