1. To make the pork rinds crusted chicken, simply coat your chicken in egg wash and crushed up pork rinds, then air fry @ 400F for 10-20 minutes (depending on size). 2. Add your mozzarella and pepperoni to a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat until the mozzarella is melted and brown on the edges, forming a crispy 'wrap'. 3. Carefully take the mozzarella-pepperoni crisp off the skillet. Add the cooked pork rinds crusted chicken, marinara, and Parmesan to the mozzarella wrap, then enjoy!
