1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix all ingredients, roll into 10 1.5 inch balls, spread out on parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Press down with fork twice. Bake for 10-15 minutes until they begin to turn slightly darker. 4. Take out, let cool, and enjoy! (If using granular erythritol, it will be much less gritty if you blend before using.)
