1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. Add mozzarella and cream cheese into a bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Mix together and set aside. 3. In another bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and onion powder, mix well and then add it to mozzarella / cream cheese mix along with one of the eggs. 4. Roll dough as thinly as possible into 6 long pieces and shape into pretzels on parchment paper. 5. Whisk the other egg and use it to coat the pretzels, then salt and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown!
