To make the salmon: Coat your salmon with oil and chili lime seasoning. Bake skin side up at 425F for 15 minutes. For the cucumber salad: Mix 1/2 cucumber with 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos and 1 tablespoon chili oil. Sprinkle furikake on top.
