Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook 1/2 lb ground beef in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, until browned. Drain any excess fat. Finely chop the cooked ground beef, 2 slices of American cheese, 1/4 cup onion, and 1/4 cup pickles. Halve the jalapeño peppers lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes for less heat, if desired. Stuff each jalapeño half with the ground beef mixture. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if necessary. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender. For the sauce, combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, 3 tbsp dill relish, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tsp sweetener, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika in a small bowl. Mix well. Serve the Big Mac Jalapeño Poppers hot with the prepared sauce.
