A very fast and easy low-carb cloud bread recipe made in a mug, perfect as a snack or a base for sandwiches like leftover ham and cheese.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a mug. Mix in 1 egg, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp almond flour, and seasonings of your preference. Microwave until firm, then slice in half & enjoy! If you don't have a microwave, you can bake it at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
