1. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella to a parchment lined sheet. 2. Top with grated Parmesan and more shredded mozzarella. 3. Bake at 375F (190C) for 6-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 4. Carefully take the baked cheese out of the oven. 5. While still warm and pliable, fold each taco over a butter knife positioned between two cups, allowing them to harden into a taco shape. 6. Once cooled and hardened, add your favorite filling and enjoy!
