Cut each slice of cheese (Monterey Jack) into 4 squares. Place the cheese squares on parchment paper. Salt the cheese squares lightly and top each with a piece of bacon. Broil them until they brown, watching carefully to prevent burning. Remove from broiler and let them cool completely until they harden. Serve as super crispy chips, great for dipping.
