Slice onions into rings. In one bowl, whisk the egg. In another bowl, combine coconut flour with your preferred seasonings. Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned coconut flour. Lightly coat the breaded onion rings with oil. Place them in an air fryer basket and air fry at 400F (200C) until they are golden brown and crispy, approximately 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
