I know this isnโt keto but I make a lot of fun recipes for my toddler and this is one I felt like sharing โค๏ธ How to make it: Peel, core & cube 3-4 red apples. Boil with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose) & 1/2 cup water for 20 mins. Blend, spread thinly on a parchment lined baking sheet & bake @ 170F for 3 hours. (When it becomes firm) Remove it from the oven, let cool & cut into serving sized roll ups to your preference ๐ Pro tip: The apples are pretty sweet themselves, so you can skip the sweetener
