A simple recipe for oven-baked baby back ribs, seasoned and finished with a low-carb BBQ sauce.

Preheat oven to 250F. Season ribs, wrap in foil, and add to a rimmed baking dish to prevent the juices from spilling. Put in the oven bone side up for 2 & 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, raise heat to 350F. Coat both sides of ribs in bbq sauce. Don’t wrap in foil again. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes meat side up. Take out, coat just the top side with bbq again, and put back in for another 15 minutes. Take out, let cool, & enjoy!
