Cinnamon Donut Holes

Say “YUM” if you would eat these Cinnamon Donut Holes 🍩😋 Ingredients: 2/3 cup almond flour 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt 1/2 cup granular sweetener (I used allulose) 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder Instructions: 1. Mix the almond flour, baking powder & 1/4 cup sweetener. 2. Then mix with your yogurt and knead for a few minutes. (Adjust ratio of yogurt / almond flour as needed until dough is firm) 3. Roll into small balls, place in a greased air fryer @ 360F and cook for 8-10 mins. 4. Take them out, let cool before removing from the air fryer and coat in your butter and then a mix of the remaining sweetener and cinnamon. Pro tip: The smaller the balls, the better they will cook. If you make them too big, the texture on the inside won’t come out right.
