1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400F. 2. Combine all chicken patty ingredients (chicken, egg, shredded cheddar, seasonings) except Buffalo sauce and shape into 4 Patties. 3. Add to parchment lined dish and bake for 10 minutes or air fry for 7. 4. Take out, flip, put back in for the same amount of time. 5. Take out one last time and spread your Buffalo sauce on each patty, return for 2-3 minutes on broil. 6. For the chaffles, dump a ton of cheese in your waffle maker until it looks burnt. 7. Take the chaffle out with a fork and add it to a plate lined with a napkin. Assemble your Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.
