1. Lay one low carb tortilla flat. Spread cream cheese evenly, then add beef crumbles and slices of American cheese over it. 2. Place the second low carb tortilla on top, creating a stuffed crust. 3. Prepare the Mac sauce: In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tsp sweetener, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. 4. Spread the prepared Mac sauce generously over the top tortilla. 5. Add additional beef crumbles, American cheese, and chopped onions as your pizza toppings. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and slightly golden. 7. Remove from the oven, cut the pizza into 4 slices, and serve hot.
