Say βYUMβ if you would eat this Grinder Salad Wrap πππ₯ What you need: 2 slices of Colby jack cheese 2 slices of turkey 2 slices of ham 4 slices of salami 1 cup grinder salad (recipe below) How to make it: 1. Shape your cheese into a rectangle on a parchment lined sheet. 2. Bake @ 375F for 10-12 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. 3. Take it out, add the rest of your ingredients, roll it up and enjoy! For the salad just mix these ingredients β¬οΈ 1.5 cups iceberg lettuce 1/2 cup sliced red onion 1/4 cup banana peppers 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced Seasonings: Oregano Red pepper flakes Salt & pepper Pro tip: You can make the cheese wrap with almost any cheese except American. Just shape it into a rectangle, either shredded or sliced is fine. And bake it until the edges turn golden brown π
To make the Grinder Salad: Combine iceberg lettuce, sliced red onion, banana peppers, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, minced garlic clove, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. To make the Grinder Salad Wrap: 1. Shape your Colby jack cheese slices into a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 2. Bake at 375Β°F for 10-12 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. 3. Take the baked cheese out, add the turkey, ham, salami, and 1 cup of the prepared grinder salad onto the cheese wrap. Roll it up and enjoy!
