A low-carb, oven-baked recipe for tender country style ribs, seasoned and slow-cooked with sugar-free BBQ sauce.

1. Preheat oven to 300F, season ribs, add to foil lined baking dish, cover tightly with foil, bake for 2 hours. 2. Remove from oven, drain grease, remove foil from top, brush bbq sauce on the ribs, add to oven at 275F for another hour. 3. Remove, let cool, enjoy! (I added some extra bbq after cooking and then dipped in sour cream 😋)
