This high protein, low carb Cream Cheese Swirl Pumpkin Loaf is super tasty and perfect for a snack or breakfast.

1. Preheat your oven to 350F. Mix your egg white powder, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener and water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. 2. Fold in your pumpkin purée and pour 1/2 of the mix into a greased parchment lined loaf pan. 3. Add swirls of cream cheese and sprinkle your cinnamon sweetener on top. Repeat and bake for 30 minutes. 4. Mix your powdered sweetener and cream to make frosting. 5. Take it out, let it cool completely, spread your frosting on top & enjoy!
