These keto-friendly buns are made entirely of pepper jack cheese and bacon, perfect as a low-carb alternative for breakfast sandwiches.

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lay 2 slices of cheese on parchment paper and salt them. Then put the bacon on top of them (Try to make the bacon as flat as possible). 2. Then cover the bacon with the other 2 slices of cheese & switch oven setting to broil and put in until the edges start to brown. 3. Take out and let cheese harden, flip them over, and then put back until the edges of that side starts to brown as well, let harden again, and then enjoy!
