A simple recipe for crispy, keto-friendly fried pickles, breaded with almond flour and seasonings, then fried until golden.

1. Slice pickles as thin as you prefer. 2. Dry the pickle slices with paper towels. 3. Mix egg in a bowl, then mix seasonings with almond flour in a separate bowl. 4. Individually dip each pickle slice in the egg mix and then bread with almond flour on a plate (make sure to keep the bowl of almond flour dry when breading or else it becomes clumpy). 5. Fry between high and medium high heat until each side browns to your preference.
