A simple and quick keto-friendly recipe for homemade jalapeno poppers, filled with cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, then baked until bubbly.

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Cut the Jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the insides. (Use a spoon or your fingers will burn lol). 3. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese, then fill each half of the jalapenos. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. You can broil the last 2 minutes for the burnt vibe.
