A simple and quick recipe for air-fried tomatoes stuffed with pesto, fresh mozzarella, and sausage, then topped with balsamic vinegar.

Hollow out a large tomato, pat it dry with paper towels. Stuff the hollowed tomato with pesto, fresh mozzarella, and sausage, then add more mozzarella on top. Air fry at 390F for 7-10 minutes. Once cooked, remove the tomato, top with balsamic vinegar, and enjoy!
