To make the Creamy Green Goddess Dip, combine 1 avocado, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup fresh chives, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1/4 cup fresh basil, 2-3 tsp minced garlic, and the juice of 1 lemon in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For a thinner dressing consistency, optionally add 2 tbsp olive oil and blend again.
