Easy homemade high protein pizza rolls made with ground chicken, mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan, air-fried until crispy.

1. On greased parchment paper, flatten half of your ground chicken in a few small circles. 2. Add your mozzarella & pepperoni. 3. Top with remaining ground chicken and roll into little pizza roll sized pieces. 4. Coat with the egg wash and Parmesan. 5. Air fry @ 400F for 10 mins. Serve with marinara and enjoy! Pro tip: Grease your hands before shaping them into pizza rolls so the chicken doesn’t stick.
