Another throwback recipe for the win π Caramel Frappuccino under 2 net carbs π

1. Add 2 TBSP butter to stove on medium heat until it turns golden brown. 2. Then add 1 tsp erythritol, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract and 2 TBSP heavy cream. 3. Turn heat down and let the erythritol dissolve. 4. Once it becomes sticky and thickens, blend it, remove from blender, & set aside. This is the caramel. 5. Put coffee, milk, half of the caramel, 2 TBSP erythritol, & 1/8 tsp vanilla extract into the blender and blend. 6. Pour into cup and add whipping cream to the top and drizzle the rest of the caramel on that.
