1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. Blend or grate your zucchini and squeeze out the moisture. 3. Blend with the rest of your ingredients (Parmesan, 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella, large egg, seasonings) and shape into a crust on a parchment lined baking sheet. 4. Bake for 20 mins. 5. Take it out, add your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup diced chicken, 2 tbsp bacon crumbles, 2 tbsp sliced onions). 6.
