1. First, prepare the homemade ranch seasoning: Combine ½ tsp dried chives, ½ tsp dried parsley, ½ tsp dried dill weed, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ⅛ tsp salt, and ⅛ tsp ground black pepper in a small bowl. 2. In a blender, combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 2-3 tablespoons of mayo, the juice of 1 lemon, and the prepared ranch seasoning. 3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. 4. If desired, add ¼ cup of milk or water to thin the ranch to your preferred consistency and blend again. 5. Store the homemade ranch in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and enjoy!
