This recipe combines the iconic flavors of a Big Mac into a trending smash taco format, featuring seasoned ground beef smashed onto a tortilla, pan-fried, topped with cheese, and finished with fresh toppings and a homemade Big Mac-style sauce.

For the tacos: Spread ground beef thinly and completely over one side of a tortilla. Pan fry the beef-covered tortilla on medium heat for a few minutes until the ground beef is fully cooked. Flip the taco, add a slice of cheese on top of the cooked beef, and cover the pan until the cheese melts. Once melted, remove from heat. Top with lettuce, chopped onions, and the homemade Big Mac-style sauce. For the sauce: In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tsp sweetener, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
