A low-carb take on the classic Big Mac, featuring crispy chicken and Parmesan chaffles as buns, topped with a special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and onions.

1. Chop up 1 cup fully cooked chicken & mix with 1 large egg and 1 cup Parmesan. 2. Add to a waffle maker and cook for a few minutes, until crispy. Repeat to make 3-4 more chaffles. 3. Then mix 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp mustard, 2 tsp relish, a splash of vinegar, and a dash of paprika for the sauce. 4. Serve 2 chaffles with lettuce, pickles, onions and the sauce between them. Enjoy!
