A simple recipe for juicy steak cooked in an air fryer, seasoned with salt and pepper, and topped with a savory herb butter. Cook times may vary depending on steak thickness.

1. Preheat air fryer to 400F. 2. Coat steak in oil, salt, & pepper. 3. Add steak to air fryer for 10 minutes flipping halfway. 4. Melt your butter and add the herbs. 5. Take out & let rest for 10 minutes. Top with your melted butter & herbs. 6. Enjoy! Cook times may vary depending on thickness of the steak, so using a thermometer is best! You could also just add non melted butter to the steak while it’s resting and top with the herbs that way!
