1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. 3. Dice the onion and add it to the skillet with the beef, along with the Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined. 4. Lay slices of provolone cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 5. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto each slice of provolone. 6. Fold the provolone slices over the beef mixture to form a ravioli shape. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden. 8. Remove from the oven and use a pizza cutter to divide the ravioli bites. 9. Serve and enjoy.
