This super easy and delicious recipe features smoked sausage and stir-fry peppers combined with spiralized zucchini (zoodles), perfect for a keto and low-carb diet. The author also provides a note on including sausage with minimal sugar for those following a keto lifestyle.

1. Chop the smoked sausage into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Combine the chopped sausage with the frozen stir-fry peppers and season to your liking. 2. Add the mixture to an air fryer and cook at 380F for 3-5 minutes. 3. While the sausage and peppers are cooking, spiralize the zucchini or slice it into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Heavily salt the zucchini and coat it thoroughly with melted butter. 4. Add the prepared zucchini to the air fryer with the sausage and peppers and continue to cook for an additional 5-8 minutes. 5. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and enjoy! Alternative method: If you prefer not to spiralize the zucchini, you can add it at the beginning with the sausage and peppers and cook everything together for 8-13 minutes.
