1. Mix cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 1 minute. 2. Stir and microwave for 30 more seconds. Stir again. Add your whisked egg & almond flour. Mix. 3. Add your seasonings and mix again. 4. Knead and flatten out between two sheets of greased parchment paper. 5. Cut into 2x2 inch rectangles, add your hot dogs and roll them up. 6. Air fry at 400F for 6-8 minutes flipping halfway through.
