1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Mix the egg white powder and water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. (It takes about 5 mins) 3. Fold in the blended cottage cheese. 4. Pour it in a greased, parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. 5. Take it out, let it cool & enjoy!
