Strawberry shortcake in a mug π . . Ingredients: 7.5 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp erythritol 1 tbsp butter 1 large egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup diced strawberries Sugar free whipped cream . . Instructions: 1. Melt butter in mug 2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the whipped cream and mix. 3. Microwave 90 seconds or until firm. 4. Dump out on plate, top with whipped cream and enjoy! . . Macros: serving size is half of the mug cake Calories: 235 Fat: 21 Protein: 8 Net carbs: 3.5 Fiber: 4 . . Notes: You can switch the almond flour with 1/4th the amount of coconut flour (coconut flour is 4x as dense) and it will save you a lot of calories! Also the strawberries on the plate are just for decorations lol the diced strawberries from the recipe are inside the cake.
