1. Remove the skin from your salmon and chop it into bite-sized pieces. 2. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Add the salmon bites and chili lime seasoning to the bowl, then mix well to coat. 3. Air fry the salmon at 400F (200C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. 4. While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup mayo with 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to your preference). 5. Take the salmon bites out of the air fryer, serve immediately with the sriracha mayo, and enjoy!
