Say “YUM” if you would eat these Fudgy Reese’s Protein Cookies 🍪🍫😋 What you need: 1 cup almond flour 1 cup cottage cheese 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 3-4 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose) 2 tbsp peanut butter Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for extra color and fudginess) How to make them: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend all ingredients except your peanut butter. 3. Scoop on a parchment lined baking sheet & shape into 6-8 cookies. 4. Swirl in peanut butter and bake for 15 mins. 5. Take them out, let cool completely before serving and enjoy! Pro tips: If you don’t have chocolate protein, this totally works with cocoa powder in its place. Just use 2-3 tbsp. I greased a silicon spatula to shape them easily into cookies because the dough is super sticky. Mixing some sweetener into the peanut butter helps the flavor and texture a lot. I also recommend heating it up before swirling, it will make things much easier 👍
