High Protein Deli Meat Lasagna

Say “YUM” if you would eat this High Protein Deli Meat Lasagna 😋🙌 To make it: For the Sauce: Cook 3/4 lb ground beef with salt, pepper & Italian seasonings. Add half a jar of marinara towards the end and let it simmer. For the Ricotta: Mix 1/2 cup ricotta with an egg and a few tbsp of grated Parmesan. Layer sauce, ricotta, shredded mozzarella & sliced deli meat twice. Then top with sauce & mozzarella. Bake @ 375F for 25 minutes covered. Remove the cover and cook another 10-15 minutes (until cheese is bubbly) Pro tip: Don’t let the foil touch the cheese when you cover the lasagna or it will stick. Leave it “tented” up a little bit.
