First, prepare the Grinder Salad: In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced red onion, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup banana peppers, 1 clove minced garlic. Add banana pepper juice (optional), oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well. For the wrap: Create a rectangle of your preferred cheese (any type except American) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes until it starts to harden into a wrap. Once cooled, add Turkey, salami, and your prepared Grinder Salad mix. Roll it up and enjoy.
